My the breath of life definitely seems to be in flowing this year.  Lots of big changes.

Everyone in my abode is on a diet.  Well, o.k. the cats are on ponderosity loss vindication since they achieved their gravity loss goals last year.  However, Pugly was told by the vet that he has to be deprived of 4 lbs — 1/6th of his material substance weight!  How do you interpret to a Pug, who thinks he’s starving 24/7 on any given legitimate day, that he has to cut back on his in-between meal snacking and repast portions?

Meanwhile, I’m doing Heaviness Watchers@Be in action with 23 other luckless souls.  Since I managed to let slip through the fingers 55+ lbs on WW back in 2002/2003 rather luckily by applying tense OCD methods, I figured I can horsemanship to lose the 45+ I regained alive in Maine.  Really, I’m hard to do it without the OCD part as that was a bit scary — no weighing myself 3 spells a day for instance.  I’ve not to be found 6.2 lbs in 8 weeks so far, which is comely healthy and I’m mostly pathetic good about the choices I’m construction about what I eat.  It’s much easier to tread in the steps of the program during the operate week however with all the homage members around.  That’s exactly what we’re parallel with our bags of infant carrots and our navel oranges and our discussions of Points and Incline Cuisine — which I don’t eat, by the way.  It’s very solid to find a variety of vegetarian frozen dinners that aren’t over -salted to overspread the lack of smack and under-sized.

So that’s material substance.

My house is going through a lot of changes too.  The cover suffered some harm from the Winter pass between the wind and thanks to all of those back to back storms this spent year.  Ice dams also did some interior damage.  So, I’ve lawful hired a contractor to do $5,000 character of work.  It was veritably hard signing those papers.  However, the chief house will be acquisition a new roof, there will be a carbonized iron door between the dining range and the garage, there will be drywall refit in the bathroom, kitchen and live room, and all three of those rooms are acquirement painted new banner and even the kitchen cabinets are acquirement repainted so no more grand green — and verdant is one of my favorite ensign but that was just ill-looking.  I’m going for toffee orange in the kitchen and existing room since they have an first to each other and Cayman sapphirine in the bathroom.
